The probability of sudden failures is reduced to a minimum due to continuous monitoring and regular maintenance. Regular maintenance also extends service life of the equipment.
Those are very important issues for every company because it can save “a lot of money”. The most important business information becomes transparent to the management.
Based on the collected statistical data, detailed reports on equipment or employees are provided and various aspects of the process are measured, all in order to make better use of all available resources.

The challenge
We needed to create a system through which middle management would monitor the organization, irregularities, work tasks and material consumption in real-time – and enable them to alter the execution of each individual task.
Client also needed asset management system for asset monitoring through assigning, returning of assets and reporting problems.

Final product
We created a Preventative maintenance management system with Asset Management that allowed our client to create work tasks within the organization, assign them to groups and specific operators, stay alerted about breakdowns or events, all with real-time performance monitoring and analysis.
PMMS contains embedded API communications protocols for communication with other applications or systems, facilitating data import and export, device management, and data analysis within other systems.
It is a fully integrated system that operates at three levels:
Technical level: Defining organization, asset hierarchy and creating a procedures guidebook
Control level: Creating daily, weekly or monthly plans, work orders, and working groups
Operational level: Executing orders and reporting irregularities
